We accept cashier’s checks (sometimes called ‘bank checks’) and money orders in your local currency. Checks or money orders, made payable to Kooronya Holdings, can be sent to:

NB: Checks and money orders must be made payable to Kooronya Holdings or they cannot be processed through our bank account. Checks/money orders which are not made payable to Kooronya Holdings will not be returned and will be destroyed.
Cashier’s checks or money orders can be in your local currency but, unless they are issued in Australia and are in AUD$, must carry a US$7.00 surcharge per check or postal order (this is to cover additional charges from our bank). Convert the total amount from its US$ equivilant into your currency and post it to the address above. If you need the current conversion rate, see here or if you have any questions please contact CFS (we can e-mail you the curent rate).
Money orders must be payable from within Australia. Some money orders can only be negotiated in specific countries so we cannot accept these money orders as payment – see Below. Please note that we do not require checks or money orders to be in US currency.

If using electronic funds transfer, please e-mail the details (below) to CFS.
The following details [clearly printed on a separate sheet of paper] must accompany the check or money order:
- Name
- Address (including zipcode, state & country)
- Username/password (please offer 3 choices for the username – usernames must be in lowercase)
- The period of your membership
- Total amount of the enclosed check or money order (don’t forget the $7.00 surcharge per order)
- Your e-mail address (we require your e-mail address – no-one else will see it but us)
We have supplied an order form in RTF (rich text format) which can be read by even the most basic of word processors (ie Write and WordPad). Download this small zipped file and unzip it, or just grab this unzipped version of membership.rtf (with some browsers you have to hold down your Shift key while left clicking on the 3kB RTF file so that it will download and not just display in your browser).
Load the document into your word processor, fill in the required fields, print it and mail it to Kooronya Holdings (address above) together with your check or money order.
The filled-in form can be kept on your computer for your records. The form itself is not necessary (the details above are though) and is just a convenience so you supply the correct information.
Note carefully: We are not reponsible for cash or cheques sent through the postal system or for funds electronically transferred to our account. Our responsibility only starts after we have physically received your order.
If you have a problem with your membership please don’t hesitate to contact CFS and quote as many details as you can, including the date posted to us. Allow three weeks before assuming there was a problem with your membership order.
